CyberAnnex is committed to your satisfaction. If you
received an incorrect item, or your product arrived damaged,
please return it within 30 days of your product's shipping
date. This date is available on your original order receipt,
always available from our
Extranet. If you visit or shop at CyberAnnex.com, you
accept the terms set forth below.
Physical goods
- We stand by the high quality of our products. Any
damaged items (shirts, hats, mugs, etc) may be returned
for a replacement or a full refund.
- If part of a product is defective, please return the
entire product in its original packaging.
- All products (unless noted on our site) are sold
with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty
period and service varies by manufacturer and product.

- Please return physical goods in 'as-new' condition.
There are no fees associated with any type of return.
Your original purchase price will be refunded within 30
days. If you are replacing your item, we will have the
replacement shipped to you Next Day Air, Insured.
- Please visit our
HelpDesk to request your refund. You will be asked
to provide us with original order information. We cannot
accept returns of opened items or items returned more
than 30 days after delivery.
Software & Digital goods
- We stand by the high quality of our software
products as well. If you are not 100% satisfied, please
return the CD-ROM within 30 days of your order date, and
we will refund your money. Refunds are processed within
one business day.
